NAMI SA Monthly Support Groups – San Antonio
spacerspacerspacerNAMI – San Antonio has support group meetings that are facilitated and based on the principals of support. We provide individuals with an opportunity to share fears, insecurities, successes, approaches to problems, and to reinforce good and appropriate coping skills. Problems may not be solved at a single meeting, but members know that they are not alone and can return for continuing support.

NAMI CONNECTION

NAMI CONNECTIONS IS A RECOVERY SUPPORT GROUP SPONSORED BY THE NATIONAL ALLIANCE ON MENTAL ILLNESS

spacerspacerspacerNAMI Connection is a recovery support group for people living with mental illness. These groups provide a place where a person can go and be treated with respect and understanding. They offer encouragement and hope. The groups offer a casual and relaxed approach to sharing the challenges and successes of coping with mental illness. NAMI Connections meets weekly for approximately 90 minutes. It is offered free of charge and follows a flexible structure without an educational format. All groups are confidential.

NAMI Connections meetings are held:
