Peer to Peer

A nine part course, 2 hours per session, for people with a diagnosis of mental illness interested in establishing and maintaining wellness. Run by a team of peer-teachers, this course uses lecture, exercises and a shared diversity of experiences among course participants. Family to Family
spacerspacerspacerA free 12 week class for family, friends and caregivers of adults who have schizophrenia, schizo-affective, bipolar disorder, major depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder or other severe mental illnesses. You will learn how to support your loved on with mental illness and keep yourself healthy during times of crisis.

Family to Family Curriculum:

GREAT MINDS THINK ALIKE is a program for youth with mental health needs, ages 12 - 17. GMTA provides the skills necessary to take a leadership role in their own treatment and recovery plan.
